Sports also require participants to use a wide variety of muscles and tendons. In doing so, it is not uncommon for sports participants to experience the effects of exercise on their body. Not only does this enhance the physical condition of the participant but it also puts additional stress on joints. As the saying goes: ‘exercise plus exertion make perfect.’ In sports as in life, the more you put into something, the more you get out of it. The same is true for sports and fitness, where the more you put in, the better you will feel after doing it.
